My primary mission as CEO of Ringier Vietnam was to transform the way 90 million Vietnamese buy, sell, rent, and invest in property using the website Muabannhadat.com. 

Challenge: Transform failing 6 year old business to become Vietnam’s leading real estate portal in 12 months

As CEO, my accomplishments were:

• Created new professional business model with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Technology Depts.
• Recruited and coached exceptional professionals, growing division to 70 people in 12 months
• Transformed B2B business to achieve the 3 largest single sales in company history
• Led 1st cross-selling deals of MBND with other divisions of Ringer Vietnam to B2B customers
• Created 1st Content, Facebook, YouTube, and eDm products to sell to B2C and B2B customers
• Was featured as foreign market expert on FNBC, HTV7, and other TV/media channels
• Within 12 months I helped establish the company as Vietnam’s leading industry portal by developing a new and sustainable business model with increased market penetration in Northern Vietnam.
